Chef Chris will teach you how to make authentic Korean favorites that can be made vegetarian or with meat. To begin the class, you'll make pajeon, crispy green onion pancakes with red pepper and eggs. Next, craft japchae, a stir fry dish with sweet potato glass noodles and vegetables, a bulgogi dish using oyster mushrooms or short ribs, and a stuffed cucumber kimchi. Finish by preparing Korean cinnamon punch for dessert. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
