Let Chef Peggy lead you through the interactive, engaging world of mindful eating.

Learn how to create vegan meals that cultivate an attitude of mindfulness while you cook and eat. Explore the process of nutrition through the five senses: vision, touch, hearing, taste, and smell.

Begin the hands-on class with a Buddha bowl, a dish as beautiful as it is tasty, where you'll mix spiced chickpeas with sweet potatoes and avocado for maximum nutrition. Follow this with vegan cheese made from cashews and peppered with rosemary, and accompanied with fresh vegetables. Top it all off with a vegan brownie made with raw cacao, dates and nuts.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
