With the expert guidance of Chef Tess, who is classically trained with years of experience, you will learn the preparation process while adding your own unique spin.

Begin this hands-on pasta-making class with bruschetta featuring tomatoes, pesto and eggplant, followed by the star of the show —Italian gnocchi — with your choice of sauce. For the grand finale, you'll handcraft a dessert made with espresso and ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
