This interactive cooking class with Chef Adrian immerses you in the bold and flavorful world of Asian cuisine. Discover how to create a well-balanced, three-course menu that highlights classic Asian dishes.

Begin with folding dumplings or pot stickers filled with flavorful ingredients, then steam or fry them to perfection. Stir-fry Kung Pao chicken packed with bold spices, fresh vegetables and peanuts to create a dish with just the right kick. Finish the meal with crispy fried bananas enhanced by a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Chef Adrian will show you how to use traditional Asian spices and techniques so you can confidently recreate these dishes at home for friends and family.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
