Take traditional Italian ingredients to another level from appetizer to dessert.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Misun, you'll learn how to make a handful of Italian classics featuring pasta dough made completely from scratch and a timeless dessert.
With the guidance of a five-star chef, mastering new recipes will be effortless.

After learning techniques to create an authentic soup with meatballs, Chef Misun will show you how to mix and roll pasta dough. The homemade ravioli is filled with butternut squash and topped with a creamy shallot and sage sauce. The homemade fettuccine is served with cherry tomatoes and a Parmesan cream sauce. For dessert you will learn how to layer a decant coffee-forward tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
