Start by mixing semolina flour and egg yolks into dough using a food processor. Then shape the dough into cavatelli with your own hands. Drench the fresh pasta into a luscious cacio e pepe sauce made from ricotta and grated Pecorino Romano cheese. Garnish it with Italian basil and wonder at your nonna-approved masterpiece.
