Explore the innovative baking techniques of beloved European breads by joining this cooking class. Joined by a gourmet chef, you'll begin by learning how to mix, proof and shape dough using fresh ingredients and herbs. Recipes include an Irish cheddar and spring onion soda bread, an Italian rosemary and roasted garlic focaccia and sweetly savory pesto rolls.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
