It's time for your palate to be whisked away to Italy for a feast you'll crave again and again! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll work alongside Chef Dock to create a flavorful four-course meal that blends classic Italian ingredients with seafood and more.

Class begins with Chef Dock teaching you how to make a unique antipasti medley, followed by a crisp Caesar salad with anchovies and Parmesan. Next, you'll learn how to prepare an elaborate seafood scampi with homemade pasta before your sweet sendoff — lemon mascarpone cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
