Begin class with a refreshing mixed green salad starring fennel, garden vegetables and tangy apple cider vinaigrette. Next, prepare a tender, juicy seared chicken breast and season it with allspice and cinnamon, then serve it up with pumpkin rice and some coconut-braised savoy cabbage spiced with ginger. For dessert, make classic bread pudding doused in a decadent caramel rum sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
