Traditional Yucatán Cuisine

About

Learn about the bold and rich flavors of traditional Yucatán cuisine

Experience the bold and inviting flavors of Yucatán food in a fully hands-on cooking class led by top-rated Chef Luis. Using his expert knowledge, you'll learn how to meld the spices and ingredients of Yucatán cuisine. You'll start with the tuna ceviche paired with cucumbers, radishes, tortilla ashes and spicy habaneros before learning how to create a Yucatán style fried tortilla called a vegetarian salbut.
