Classic New American recipes with modern and vibrant ingredients are on the menu during this engaging cooking class. Chef Deaundra will teach you basic kitchen techniques to make these recipes.

Begin by preparing a rich tomato soup flavored with fresh herbs and topped with brioche croutons. Next, stuff chicken with a spinach mixture and bake to perfection, then top it with a creamy mushroom sauce and make wild rice and grilled garlic asparagus for your sides. Indulge with a traditional strawberry shortcake dessert topped with whipped cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
